Community Engagement Specialist

Upward Health is seeking a Community Outreach Specialist to establish the company’s presence in Santa Fe and connect local residents with our in-home, whole‑person care services. As the first point of contact, you will educate individuals about offerings, engage them in conversations, and facilitate enrollment into our programs through phone outreach and in‑person visits. This role requires empathy, adaptability, and collaboration with the Outreach Manager and care team to ensure onboarding and #J-18808-Ljbffr
