Call Center Rep- Roadside Assistance

This is an in-office position and you must be able to commute to the Itasca, IL, office daily. Pay $18.00/hr Hours: 6:00AM-2:30PM Monday-Sunday (Flexibility to work 40 hours a week) Everyone works one weekend shift. Office Perks:

As a Customer Service Representative, your empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving skills will help drivers navigate stressful situations with confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers requesting roadside support (tows, jump-starts, lockouts, fuel delivery) and manage client calls regarding repair approvals, reimbursements, rental requests, insurance claims, and passenger transport.

• Gather situational details, vehicle specifications, and exact locations using internal and external applications while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.

• Coordinate directly with service providers to dispatch fast, effective solutions.

• Maintain accurate call documentation and take ownership of customer resolution from start to finish.

Paid 6-Week Paid Training Program

We set you up for success with a structured 6-week onboarding experience (4–5 weeks in the classroom, followed by 1–2 weeks taking live calls with support). You will learn fleet management basics, dispatch protocols, client coverage variations, and real-life escalation handling to ensure you feel confident on day one.

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• U.S. Work Authorization.

• Reliable daily attendance and ability to work a set, consistent schedule on-site in Itasca, IL.

• strong computer literacy and comfort navigating multiple digital tools and internet systems simultaneously.

• Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will help customers that need roadside assistance as well as represent our clients on various other call types including, but not limited to: repair approval & reimbursement, rental requests, insurance claim requests, trip interruption, passenger transport, and claims administration calls, etc..
• Every day, you will obtain the situational information to be able to proceed with the service request, while utilizing our provided tools (internal & external systems, applications), and following our Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements :

• To exhibit empathy for customers who need emergency assistance,
• To display accuracy and pay attention to details to be able to recognize the differences in clients’ coverages
• To be Internet savvy and understand nowadays Internet concepts to apply them when assisting customers, and be a person who is keen on solving problems and taking ownership of his/her work product.
