Deployment Operations Manager Insight Global Tampa, FL Job Description: We are hiring 2 REMOTE Workforce/Deployment leader consultants to join a big 4 customers Operations team. This role is a centralized deployment leader who will be responsible for assigning work across client engagements, balancing capacity, and ensuring deadlines are met across a portfolio of projects for the firms "Assurance and Tax People" team . The deployment operations team is responsible for deployment resource management, workforce planning and reporting, delivering trends and analytics to leaders via Excel and various tools with a strong understanding of utilization and forecasting. You will provide insight and counsel to Deployment leaders and key leadership team members, including during deployment strategy development and leadership transitions. Key Responsibilities Deployment and Workforce Management Support deployment resource management, ensuring availability and utilization align with business priorities Partner with stakeholders to work through deployment needs, capacity, and availability Assist with workforce planning, forecasting, and utilization tracking across assigned sector(s) Analytics, Reporting and Insights Build and maintain reports using Excel (including pivot tables and data storytelling) Leverage SAP S/4HANA for time-charging codes and reporting metrics Translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights for leaders Stakeholder Partnership and Enablement Support leadership with data-driven decision making related to staffing and capacity Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Assurance, Tax, and People teams Tools and Process Agility: Work across multiple systems and tools; quickly learn new technologies and processes We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in a Resource Management, workforce planning, Deployment, or similar role for an enterprise level company (Big 4 or professional service preferred) Management/Lead experience Strong understanding of utilization and forecasting Can speak to owning workflow + capacity planning for organizations workforce Experience analyzing and reporting workforce trends and utilization tracking to leaders Build and maintain reports using Excel (including pivot tables and data storytelling) Excels in a high-volume, deadline-driven , fast paced environment that requires heavy involvement meeting with partner level stakeholders Professional services or client-facing environments (e.g., consulting, assurance, tax, advisory, shared services)
