Swickard Automotive Group is seeking a SOC Operator to serve as the eyes and ears of our growing dealership network from our corporate office in Las Vegas. This isn't a post-and-patrol job. It's a real operations role with visibility across the entire organization.Responsibilities:Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems across Swickard's multi-state dealership network in real timeServe as the first line of detection and response for security incidents — assess, act, and escalate with confidenceMaintain clear, accurate incident reports, activity logs, and shift handoff documentationCoordinate directly with dealership management, on-site personnel, and emergency services during active eventsIdentify patterns, vulnerabilities, and anomalies through ongoing surveillance and threat assessmentSupport security audits, risk assessments, and SOC procedure developmentPartner with IT, HR, and operations to enforce security standards across all locationsAs we grow, this role will evolve — we'll need someone comfortable adapting to new tools, locations, and responsibilitiesQualifications:Demonstrates a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) — kindness, integrity, self-awareness, and work ethic matter here because this role requires trust, discretion, and daily collaboration with teams across the companyEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in security, criminal justice, or a related field is a plusExperience: Prior experience in security operations, dispatch, surveillance monitoring, or a similar environment preferredProficiency with CCTV platforms, access control systems, and security monitoring softwareAbility to track and manage multiple locations and feeds simultaneously without losing focusStrong written communication — your reports need to be clear, accurate, and useful to people who weren't in the roomCool-headed decision-making when things move fastDisciplined documentation habits and high attention to detailFlexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends as neededPhysical Requirements:Ability to maintain focus and alertness through extended monitoring shifts, including overnight and weekend rotationsSustained screen work across multiple displays for the duration of a shiftAbility to respond quickly and effectively when an incident requires immediate actionBenefits of Working at Swickard:Career Path – This role has a clear runway.
