Registered NurseRegistered Nurse Position:Bowel care 4 days per week and one rectal suppository and a normal saline enema to be givenBladder care once every 3 weeksSkin assessment during visitVisits time: 6:30amResponsibilitiesCare for individual based on personalized Plan of Care Informs the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel of changes in the clients conditions and needsCounsels client and family through care process while updating family on a regular basisAssures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal lawsParticipates in agency performance improvement activities and continuously staying informed about changes in the field of nursing and home health careProvide a broad range of infusion therapies in our patients homes.Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients recover in the comfort of their own home.QualificationsBowel and Bladder care experience requiredCurrent unrestricted RN license in state for which care is being providedPreferred: Bachelors degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program Minimum one (1) year of documented Hospital Bedside experience required. Three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience with one (1) year experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferredReliable car/auto insuranceClean background and criminal recordUnderstands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulationsAdhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
