The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.***What you’ll do:*** Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for new and existing Allegion products.* Work closely with product management and other functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them to elegant implementation.* Collaborate with global teams for product development* Conduct peer reviews for code and design* Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the quality and process* Serve as a mobility subject matter expert in the project* Work autonomously while being an effective team player**What you need to succeed:*** Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent in years of relevant work experience.* 5 to 7 Years of experience in Software Application Development.* Located in Colorado Metro Area.* Strong proficiency in native iOS app development using Swift with Android development experience considered a plus.* Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.) and design principles.* Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating third-party libraries and APIs.* Experience in unit testing or Test-Driven Development (TDD) for mobile applications.* Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD.* Strong knowledge of software design, design patterns.* Experience in Rapid Prototyping.* Experience in Scrum and Agile Philosophy.* Thorough understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.* At least one versioning tool experience (preferred Git).* Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.* Ability to relate to others demonstrated resourcefulness and flexibility, active participation in the decision-making process, ability to assess risk, and act with a sense of urgency.* Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.**Allegion is a Great Place to Grow your Career if:*** You're seeking a rewarding opportunity that allows you to truly help others. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.* The expected Base Salary Range: $123,550.00 - $164,060.
