Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 20-bed intensive care unit.
• Monitor patients using telemetry and other advanced medical equipment.
• Administer medications and critical drips as required.
• Participate in the care of patients with ECMO, post-open heart surgery, and other critical conditions.
• Coordinate with a team including 8-10 RNs, LNA support, and a sitter as needed.
• Perform procedures such as central line insertion and intubation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license, must have at submission.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience with telemetry and ideally post-critical unit environments.
• Prior ICU experience strongly preferred.
• Competency in managing critical drips and ventilators.
• Ability to work every third weekend; no on-call duty is required.
