Responsibilities- Prospect, quote, and close new business across home, auto, life, and commercial lines
- Build relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor
- Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline
- Deliver a high level of service that drives referrals and retention
- Proven track record of success and growth
- Experience in customer sales, outbound call centers or insurance
- Comfortable making and receiving calls, handling objections, and closing deals
- Driven by income growth and long-term career opportunity
- Organized, accountable, and coachable
