Registered Nurse – Nursing

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Acute care facility experience: Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification: Required
• S.T.A.B.L.E Certification: Required
• At least two years recent experience in field: Required
• EPIC experience: Required

Responsibilities:

• Delivers coordinated nursing care according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment.
• Evaluates progress toward attaining patient outcomes.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure quality care.
• Participates in discharge planning to provide continuity of care.
