Required Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of accredited ophthalmology residency program Board eligible or board certified in ophthalmology Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of West Virginia Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Ability to work independently in a private practice environment Interest in collaborative practice growth and innovation Preferred Qualifications (Practice is open to a wide range of candidates) Fellowship training in:Cornea & External Disease Glaucoma Oculoplastics or Strong interest in comprehensive/general ophthalmology Ideal Candidate Traits Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in learning the business side of ophthalmology Desire for autonomy and flexibility in practice style Interest in building long-term patient relationships Motivated to grow surgical volume and subspecialty services Open to learning premium cataract workflows and ocular surface optimization Interest in aesthetics, wellness, dry eye, or holistic eye care concepts is welcomed but not required Team-oriented personality with strong work ethic and professionalism Surgical/Clinical Experience New graduates are encouraged to apply.
