The Winslow Hotel is seeking a personable, dependable, and service-minded Front Desk Agent to join our boutique hotel team. This position is primarily scheduled during the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift and plays an important role in creating a welcoming arrival experience while supporting evening hotel operations.

Our Front Desk Agents are more than check-in attendants. They serve as a primary point of contact for our guests, problem-solvers when something does not go as planned, and ambassadors for both The Winslow and Oklahoma City.

$14 - $15 hourly

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.

• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.

• Manage reservations, room assignments, payments, authorizations, and guest accounts.

• Answer incoming calls and assist with reservation and hotel inquiries.

• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism and appropriate follow-through.

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations for local dining, entertainment, attractions, and transportation.

• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Management, and other departments.

• Monitor hotel activity and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.

• Complete assigned front desk duties, reports, checklists, and shift responsibilities.

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation of the front desk and surrounding guest areas.

• Assist with bar and beverage service when trained, scheduled, or operationally necessary.

• Follow all hotel policies regarding guest privacy, payment security, key control, alcohol service, and property security.

• Assist with additional hotel operational needs as assigned.

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and can balance hospitality with good judgment and accountability.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• 3:00 PM–11:00 PM availability required.

• Weekend availability is required based on business needs and scheduling.

• Previous hotel or front desk experience is preferred.

• Previous bar, bartending, or alcohol-service experience is a plus.

• Strong guest-service and communication skills.

• Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions.

• Able to remain professional and composed when handling guest concerns.

• Comfortable learning hotel technology, reservation systems, and operational procedures.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Must be willing to work as part of a cross-functional boutique hotel team.

You should be comfortable remembering a returning guest, offering a local recommendation, resolving a problem before it becomes a complaint, helping with beverage service when needed, and stepping outside of a traditional front desk role when the guest experience calls for it.
