Associate Attorney

Title: Associate Attorney

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.

Qualifications:

• 1-5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between $140,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
