Senior Sales Account Executive

Aurora, CO | Full-Time | In-Office During Onboarding

EPS-Doublet is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Senior Sales Account Executive to support the continued growth of our print, fabrication, signage, and experiential marketing business throughout the United States.

This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and partnering with internal teams to deliver high-impact solutions for trade shows, retail environments, branded activations, corporate events, and experiential marketing programs.

This is an opportunity to join a growing organization with in-house production capabilities, national clients, and the ability to support highly customized branding and experiential projects.

The ideal candidate is confident in prospecting, developing long-term client relationships, and managing opportunities from initial outreach through project completion.

This position is based at our Aurora, Colorado facility during onboarding, with hybrid flexibility potentially available following successful onboarding and performance review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and strengthen long-term client relationships
  • Prospect and generate new business through calls, email outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings
  • Identify client needs and recommend print, signage, fabrication, display, and branding solutions
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, and project estimates
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project terms
  • Coordinate with project management, production, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and customer records within the CRM system
  • Follow up throughout the project lifecycle to ensure strong client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, and industry functions as needed
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance expectations

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience preferred within print, signage, fabrication, events, marketing, displays, experiential marketing, or related industries
  • Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and grow long-term client relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset

This role is best suited for a proactive sales professional who enjoys developing new business relationships while growing existing client accounts.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience using CRM or sales management systems
  • Ability to quickly learn internal systems and production workflows
