Real Estate Practice Group Attorney

Akerman LLP seeks a Real Estate Attorney with at least four (4) years of transactional real estate experience representing homebuilders, master-planned community developers, multifamily and mixed-use developers, commercial property owners, and other sophisticated real estate clients, to join a team of attorneys, paralegals, and staff working on national client matters. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in contract negotiation and drafting, title and survey review, contract administration, and closing matters. Further, the candidate should enjoy working in a team environment, and have strong organization and communication skills. This is a non-partnership track position that may be full-time or part-time (hourly), with the opportunity for advancement based on performance. The position may be based in any of the Firm's Florida, Atlanta, or Charlotte offices; however, Orlando or Tampa is preferred. Candidates must possess a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Georgia, Florida or North Carolina, depending on office location.
