• Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,150 - $7,280
• Location: Milford, MA 01757 - Milford healthcare / Massachusetts OBGYN jobs
• Shifts: 3 shifts per week (1am-8:15pm or 7pm-8:15am)
• Hours: 40 hours per week; 12-15 shifts available per month
• Schedule: Rotating nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Setting: Inpatient and outpatient (labor & delivery, postpartum, ambulatory GYN)
• EMR: Epic
• Start Date: July 6, 2026

• Active Massachusetts state medical license (required) - MA medical license
• DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
• Board certification or eligibility in OBGYN (Obstetrics & Gynecology)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and laborist model

• Manage labor and deliveries, including triage, rounding, and postpartum care
• Perform C-sections and repair episiotomies; assist with operative vaginal deliveries as needed
• Provide GYN care and assist with scheduled and urgent GYN cases when available
• Complete patient discharges, coordinate follow-up care, and communicate with outpatient providers
• Care for a daily patient volume of approximately 10-20 patients alongside a laborist team with MD support on site
• Participate in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the locum tenens schedule
