Senior NetSuite Systems Analyst The Client is a vertically integrated omnichannel retailer in the final stages of a major systems transformation. NetSuite is being deployed as the Order Management System (OMS), integrating retail POS, warehouse & fulfillment, and eCommerce, with a future migration from Magento to Shopify. Following the implementation, the Client is hiring a Senior NetSuite Systems Analyst to own the day-to-day operation of the ecosystem, drive optimization, and serve as the internal expert across NetSuite and connected applications. This role sits between Operations, Retail, eCommerce, Finance, and external implementation partners, ensuring the platform remains stable, integrations run smoothly, and continuous improvements are delivered. NetSuite Administration Own NetSuite administration including users, roles, permissions, saved searches, workflows, custom fields, forms and dashboards. Manage upgrades, sandbox refreshes, SuiteApp updates and coordinate UAT. Maintain master data integrity across customers, items, vendors, pricing, locations and inventory. Support Finance with month-end close, period locks and audit integrity. Reporting & Analytics Develop saved searches, reports and dashboards for Retail, eCommerce, Finance and Leadership. Maintain reporting across sales, inventory, fulfillment, returns and POS reconciliation. Document reporting logic and promote self-service reporting. Integrations & Troubleshooting Own health of integrations between NetSuite, Magento, Shopify, WMS, loyalty platforms, payment providers and middleware. Troubleshoot interface failures, mapping issues and reconciliation discrepancies. Implement monitoring and proactive alerting. Process Improvement Document SOPs and operational runbooks. Lead post-incident reviews and implement preventative improvements. Drive NetSuite automation using workflows and appropriate SuiteScript. Manage relationships with NetSuite, implementation partners and integration vendors. Requirements 3-5+ years administering NetSuite. Retail, DTC or eCommerce NetSuite experience. Experience supporting integrations, reporting, SuiteFlow and basic SuiteScript. Participation in at least one major NetSuite implementation or go-live. Ability to partner with Finance on inventory and accounting processes. Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills. Preferred Shopify and NetSuite integrations. Magento, WMS, loyalty or middleware experience. Post-go-live stabilization experience. NetSuite certifications. Compensation $140,000-$160,000 base plus bonus.
