• $4,000 Sign on Bonus for Part Time!!

  • Part Time: 2nd Shift

• 8-hour shifts with extra weekend and hero pay
  (+$2 weekend differential + $3.40/hour hero pay)

As an LPN in our 60-bed community, you’ll play an essential role in promoting the health, comfort, and dignity of the residents we serve. You’ll work alongside a caring team that values respect, collaboration, and quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver direct resident care in alignment with individualized care plans

• Administer medications and perform treatments with accuracy and compassion

• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure consistent quality care

• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Current LPN license

• Medication Administration and IV certification

• Strong understanding of state rules and regulations
