You'll be expected to independently perform nursing functions, execute appropriate delegated medical functions, and provide safe, evidence-based care within your scope of practice. Patient Assessment & Nursing Care Perform comprehensive and ongoing patient assessments . Collect, evaluate, and document health data to identify changes in patient status. Assess patient needs and develop individualized nursing care plans. Implement, monitor, and evaluate nursing interventions. Provide direct patient care consistent with professional nursing standards. Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately. Review and monitor treatment and therapy plans. Refer patients for additional evaluation or treatment when clinically appropriate. Patient Education & Support Provide health teaching and counseling based on patient needs. Educate patients and families regarding treatments, care plans, and health management. Promote patient understanding and participation in their care. Provide supportive and restorative therapies designed to promote health and well-being. Clinical Collaboration Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Provide consultation and support to other members of the healthcare team. Appropriately delegate and supervise nursing-related activities. Execute delegated medical functions within your scope of practice. Required Qualifications ASN / Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing. Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. BLS certification – American Heart Association. Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience required. Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment skills. Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment.
