Leading community partnership growth and talent activation, the full-time remote Director of Community Partnerships will build and scale a national portfolio of host site partnerships, develop place-based talent pipelines, and ensure alignment between community needs and talent placement. Key responsibilities Develop and implement a national partnership strategy to engage and secure host site partnerships Design community-centered talent strategies for recruiting members aligned with local needs Lead a high-performing team, managing recruitment, partnerships, and onboarding staff to achieve organizational goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience 10+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit, workforce development, or related fields Proven success in developing and managing strategic partnerships with various stakeholders Experience in designing outreach and talent acquisition strategies that yield measurable impact Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with proficiency in CRM and project management systems
