The Opportunity We’re hiring an HVAC Field Supervisor to lead our service department while remaining hands-on in the field. This is a true player-coach role—you’ll set the standard by producing revenue, supporting your team on complex calls, and driving performance across the department.

What You’ll Do

Perform HVAC service calls and system sales while maintaining strong individual performance (revenue, average ticket, close rate)

Lead, coach, and mentor HVAC Service Technicians through ride-alongs, training, and ongoing development

Own and drive department KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, productivity, and average ticket

Conduct weekly KPI reviews and support quarterly/annual performance evaluations

Act as the primary liaison between the HVAC Service team and General Manager

Support technicians in the field with troubleshooting, pricing, estimating, and sales strategy

Oversee daily scheduling, dispatch coordination, and technician assignments to maximize efficiency

Resolve customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Review work orders and documentation for accuracy and completeness

Maintain ServiceTitan integrity, including pricebook accuracy and proper job documentation

Contribute to inventory planning, purchasing decisions, and job costing accuracy

What Success Looks Like

Consistent achievement (or exceeding) of revenue and KPI targets

A well-trained, accountable, and high-performing technician team

Strong customer satisfaction with minimal escalations

Efficient scheduling and high technician productivity

Clean, accurate, and consistent operational processes

Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC service experience

Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a service environment

Strong diagnostic and technical HVAC skills

Experience with system sales and customer-facing service

Familiarity with ServiceTitan (preferred)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

Highly organized with a results-driven mindset
