Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN Location: Silver Memories Health Care – Versailles, IN Silver Memories Health Care is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Versailles, IN. This is a great opportunity for a motivated clinician to provide hands‑on therapy and help residents regain strength, function, and mobility—while enjoying a flexible, part‑time schedule. What You’ll Do: Provide physical therapy services and develop individualized treatment plans based on residents’ needs and functional goals Evaluate residents and establish appropriate treatment plans in accordance with professional standards of practice Implement therapeutic interventions focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional independence Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate Document resident progress accurately and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Qualifications: Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Active PT license in Indiana Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development Why Join Silver Memories Health Care?
