In this stationary role, you will use strong communication, professionalism, and customer service while working with a team that values being agile, reliable, innovative, and acting with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.80 / Hour Job Schedule: Daytime: Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting tenants, visitors, and vendors, managing access procedures, and following site-specific policies for a commercial real estate location. Monitor lobby activity, visitor logs, badges, deliveries, and incoming communications to help support security-related operations and/or front desk coverage. Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building management and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Assist with access control functions by verifying identification, directing guests to the proper destination, and documenting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related incidents. Support daily front desk operations by maintaining a professional presence, answering phones, providing directions, and helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent observation and reporting. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
