Technician - Columbus

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of residential and commercial appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and more. You will provide in-home service and ensure high-quality repairs that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with appliances. Perform repairs and part replacements on major household appliances. Accurately document service calls, repair details, and parts used. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations. Maintain and manage a service vehicle, tools, and inventory. Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times. Keep up to date with appliance technology and repair techniques. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role. Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, and mechanical troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. EPA certification (preferred but not required).
