You’ll collaborate with a dynamic Evaluation Team, providing both direct and itinerant services, within an environment that values expertise and growth. Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist with school-based experience, or appropriate credentials for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Previous work with early intervention or early childhood populations is highly valued
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and service delivery within a school setting
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Exceptional communication, organization, and adaptability for a varied, itinerant schedule
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy or speech-language pathology services to early childhood students (ages birth to 5) in the Early Intervention Program
- Participate in student evaluations, assessments, and create individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with the Evaluation Team, classroom teachers, and family members to support developmental milestones
- Travel between sites in an itinerant capacity, supporting children in diverse environments
- Maintain thorough documentation and reports in compliance with program and state guidelines
