Position Type Full-time Part-time Our Benefits Include Can earn up to $10,000 in scholarships and/or can receive free tuition Family and Friends Discount Positive Work Environment Opportunity to work for an engaged boss who cares about you Paid time off for full time positions Closed on Sundays Health, dental, and vision insurance contributions 401k matching 3% (Jan 2023) Front of House Team Member Responsibilities The Front of House Team Member seeks to provide guests with a remarkable dining experience each and every day by working as a team to give each guest the quickest, highest quality personalized experience possible Go above and beyond in service our guests, looking for ways to bring joy to their day Operate cash registers at the front counter and drive thru Take or bag orders with speed and accuracy Complete table touch-ins in the dining room and refresh beverages for guests at their tables Look for opportunities to stock and clean to maintain a productive workstation Keep restaurant clean, safe, and organized at all times, including floors Strive for quality and consistency in every aspect of their work Demonstrate enthusiasm, courtesy and hospitality to all Look to continuously grow as a team member and to help our business get better every single day Qualifications Able to work hard with a fast pace while maintaining standards in excellence and safety Holds a strong work ethic, and is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-minded - values and works to create a positive team atmosphere Demonstrates excellent communication with guests and team members Must have a source of reliable transportation Must work well under pressure Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently Must be available at minimum of two Saturdays monthly Must be able to close 2-3 shifts weekly What we'll expect from you Your Best We work hard, and we’ll expect you to be as committed to excellence as your future teammates. Requirements Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date Must have a source of reliable transportation Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment Mobility required during shifts Must work well under pressure Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently Must have Saturday availability Must demonstrate ability to work successfully with a team Pay Rate $14-17/hour for Full Time Positions: $12-13.25/hour for part time based on availability and experience Most Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
