Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Per Diem

If you have strong clinical experience and a passion for pediatric care, this is an opportunity to work one-on-one with patients while maintaining flexibility and professional support. Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience Pediatric home health experience strongly preferred Active Connecticut LPN license Current BLS certification (Pediatric BLS preferred) Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical exam within the past year PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within five years if previously positive
