Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by washing and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools in accordance with safety and hygiene guidelines. Support overall kitchen operations by assisting culinary staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed. Ensure all kitchen and surrounding areas remain clean and orderly, including sweeping, mopping, and routine floor maintenance as directed. Properly organize and store sanitized items to maintain efficient workflow and easy access for kitchen team members. Adhere to all cleanliness, safety, and sanitation protocols to support a safe and efficient culinary environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations during peak service times with a positive, team-focused attitude. Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends. Ability to think quickly and problem‑solve effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Maintain strong awareness, alertness, and commitment to safety at all times. Stay focused and responsive while managing shifting tasks or demands. No previous experience required—training is provided.
