Job Description:

• Equipment setup — Prepare, operate, and maintain molding machines that keep production running smoothly.
• Changeovers & adjustments — Perform machine changeovers, fine‑tune settings, and complete preventative maintenance.
• Quality control — Inspect products, verify specifications, and keep accurate production records.
• Tech-enabled systems — Operate laser dating and leak detection equipment to ensure every container meets standards.
• Material movement — Use pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Safety leadership — Follow PPE and safety procedures and help maintain a safe, organized production floor.
• Team development — Support training, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Production experience in manufacturing or general labor
• Machine operation skills and strong mechanical aptitude
• Hand tool proficiency and comfort with production equipment
• Material handling, packaging, and assembly experience
• Quality & safety mindset with strong attention to detail
• Plastic molding or injection molding experience (preferred)
• Forklift operation (preferred)
• Food-grade manufacturing experience (preferred)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO 80239.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
