Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks: 13
Requirements:
- Active nursing license
- Experience in operating room settings
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement nursing care
- Strong supervisory skills
- Knowledge of patient care quality standards
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
- Supervise and delegate appropriate care to staff
- Support quality and safety initiatives within the unit
- Manage resources effectively related to patient care
- Ensure competency of clinical staff through training and support
Compliance / Notes: Dress code: Scrubs specified for nursing and other roles will be required during shifts.
