Banking Associate- West Deptford, NJ (20 hours)

Work Location: Mantua, New Jersey, United States of America Hours: 20. Pay: $22.00 - $27.75 USD. Responsibilities Process and complete everyday banking transactions on the teller line and through the platform, including deposits, withdrawals, account openings/closings, and card issues. Educate and advise customers on TD products and services, helping them achieve their financial goals. Serve customers on both the teller line and platform, managing personal deposit accounts and digital banking products such as mobile and online banking. Generate and manage self‑generated leads, partner/retail referral leads, and campaign leads, including outbound calls, SMS, appointment scheduling, and lead prioritization. Represent the first point of contact in the lobby, orchestrate walk‑in traffic, and resolve customer inquiries or coordinate appointments with experts. Maintain accurate records and comply with all TD policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and external audit obligations. Participate in teller and platform training, and uphold TD’s code of conduct and compliance/risk programs. Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment aligned with TD’s brand and culture. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum one year of customer‑facing experience (volunteer, military, education, or other). Demonstrated customer service skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Teller experience preferred; completion of teller training and part 1 platform training required. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills—concise, clear, and consistent. Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Ability to schedule, prioritize, and work independently to meet deadlines.
