- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Provide leadership in talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention
- Oversee all HR operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and employee-focused services
- Develop and administer HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with applicable laws
- Lead employee relations, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes
- Promote a culture grounded in accountability, integrity, collaboration, diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and leadership development initiatives
- Direct compensation and benefits programs, including market analysis and vendor partnerships
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, leave programs (FMLA, OFLA, ADA), and workers' compensation processes
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce and organizational development matters
- Mentor and develop HR staff and support succession planning efforts
- Five (5) years of experience in a senior HR leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's preferred
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record
