Human Resources Advisor

HR AdvisorThe HR Advisor advises and trains internal stakeholders on various advanced and high-level HR topics. They create collateral and strategy to assist internal stakeholders in transforming their clients' businesses through HR. This role is also responsible for ensuring that all shared clients between internal and external services are aware of and aligned on the clients' HR strategies and goals, ensuring they are on the best path to achieving their personal, professional, and financial goals.Our mission is to help business owners achieve their personal, professional, and goals through the growth of their businesses. This company operates nationally and is growing by the day.New SBU clients are fully integrated into the Cardone Ventures HR framework within 120 days of onboarding.Every client receives and implements foundational HR infrastructure (Org Chart, Employee Maturity Model, Accountability Chart, Performance Management Framework, Job Descriptions, Compensation Strategy, etc.).HR initiatives are aligned with the client's business objectives and growth goals.Clients experience measurable improvements in hiring, retention, accountability, organizational structure, and employee performance.HR recommendations are translated into operational execution through partnership with the Operations Advisor.Serves as the bridge between HR, Operations, Recruiting Services, Legal, and other Cardone Ventures departments.Ensures all stakeholders are aligned around client priorities and execution plansManage and execute HR collateral requests for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials such as job descriptions, onboarding plans, and employee maturity models.Serve as liaison between shared HR and SBU/PR clientsAssist leadership in various departments in optimizing external HR services by tracking feedback and results from shared clientsStay current with industry trends, HR best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and relevance in all HR documents.Act as HR escalation lead for complex client issues, collaborating with Legal, HR, and internal advisors to provide strategic guidance, risk mitigation, and resolution pathways.Support pre-onboarding integration for new SBU clients, ensuring Advisors are equipped with tailored HR strategy recommendations based on client size, vertical, and goals.Proven experience in the development and implementation HR strategy across various industriesProven experience in consulting and training high-level personnelUnderstanding of best practices for Cardone Ventures Human ResourcesAbility to understand and translate organizational needs into structured HR documents.Knowledge of federal HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.Ability to collaborate with various internal thought leadersAbility to synthesize large quantities of feedback and results into high-level reports for various departmentsSpanish/Bi-Lingual preferred2-3 years in the Consulting IndustrySHRM-CP or a degree in Human Resources is preferredMedical, dental, and vision (employee + dependents)401(k) with up to 3% company matchParental leave: 8 weeks fully paid (primary caregiver) / 4 weeks fully paid (secondary) + 1 month remote for bothVacation and sick time that increases with tenureGym membership, 100% paidMeal prep service discountsPet insurance through SPOTEmployee Assistance Program through GuardianProfessional development reimbursements for outside courses and certifications10X Mentorship Program$250K+ in internal education resources across Sales, Operations, Finance, People, and MarketingUncapped commission eligibility for all team membersProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerAs an equal opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of a multigenerational and multicultural workforce Cardone Ventures recognizes that a diverse staff, reflective of our community, is an integral and welcome part of a successful and ethical business.
