Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts is looking for a Program Services Coordinator for Volunteer/Youth Enrollment. In this role, you will assess volunteers and families to facilitate matches that can positively impact the lives of youth. Responsibilities include managing intake processes, documenting assessments, and advocating for volunteer placements while working closely with our service delivery team. Ideal candidates will have a degree and relevant experience or the equivalent in education and experience. This position requires travel and occasional evening and weekend availability.
