Job Roles and Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and client engagement

Identify decision makers and build relationships with facility directors, executives, property owners, and institutional leaders

Consult with prospective clients to understand needs and provide effective infrastructure solutions

Manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline activities using CRM and communication tools

Support site walks, customer discovery, and scope development

Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials

Represent the company at meetings, events, and trade shows

Mentor and support less experienced sales representatives

Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, estimating, and operations to support customer success

Qualifications and Certifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, sales management, or account management

Experience in energy, HVAC, lighting, controls, solar, facilities, or related industries preferred

Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities

Comfortable selling to commercial and institutional customers

Ability to understand technical concepts and explain value clearly

Proven track record of sales growth and managing a sales pipeline

Strong business presentation and communication skills

Self-motivated, organized, and accountable

Authorization to work in the United States required

Valid driver's license and ability to commute/onsite work
