Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team for a night shift position. This is a replacement role for permanent staff, and we are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible. The position guarantees 36 hours per week and is for a duration of 13 weeks.

Schedule

The work schedule for this position is from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments and administering medications.
• Monitor patient health, document progress, and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal care for patients.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans.
• Adhere to safety protocols and hospital policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid RN license.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Willingness to float to other units as required.
