VP Real Estate Transactions Counsel (Healthcare REIT)

Healthpeak Properties, Inc. is seeking a Vice President – Transactions Counsel to advise on legal aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint ventures involving senior housing, medical office and life science properties.
You will review and negotiate transaction documents, manage outside counsel, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare confidentiality agreements, LOIs and other ancillary documents.
