Role Description This full‑time, on‑site Registered Nurse role is based in Lansdale, PA. The Registered Nurse will support workplace health and safety by providing direct nursing care to employees, including first aid, triage, and ongoing monitoring for work‑related and non‑work‑related health concerns. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting health assessments, managing employee medical records, coordinating care with external healthcare providers, and supporting return‑to‑work and modified duty plans. The nurse will promote occupational health through safety education, participation in risk assessments, and collaboration with management and safety teams on injury prevention initiatives. Additional duties include administering medications and vaccinations as allowed by policy, overseeing health screenings, ensuring compliance with applicable health regulations, and maintaining a clean, confidential, and well‑organized clinic area. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania. Experience in occupational health, industrial nursing, emergency/urgent care, or a similar clinical environment is strongly preferred. Proficiency in clinical assessment, triage, basic wound care, and first aid for acute injuries. Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices, OSHA guidelines, and workers’ compensation processes is beneficial. Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records or clinical documentation systems. Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including safety, HR, and operations, while maintaining strict confidentiality. Excellent communication, counseling, and health education skills to guide employees on safe work practices and wellness. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and respond calmly in emergencies. Basic computer proficiency (e.g., email, spreadsheets, incident reporting tools) and willingness to learn internal systems. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS or occupational health certification is a plus.
