Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical Intake Referral Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the crucial first step in processing new and renewing group enrollments. You will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and routing group control forms, ensuring all demographic and premium rate data is accurately captured and updated in our system of record. The ideal candidate will have data entry skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities Intake Management: Manage the intake process for all new and renewing group control forms entering the department. Data Review: Thoroughly review all incoming forms and documentation to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and compliance. System Updates: Accurately input and update demographic data and premium rates into the designated system of record. Workflow Routing: Efficiently route validated intake documents to the appropriate internal teams for final processing and approval. Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of data integrity and analytical rigor throughout the intake process. Required Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: 3+ years of related administrative, data entry, or intake experience strongly preferred. Technical Skills: * overall computer proficiency. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel. Fast and accurate 10-key data entry skills. Analytical Skills: ability to analyze forms, spot discrepancies, and ensure data precision. Preferred Qualifications Industry Experience: Previous experience working within the healthcare industry. Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Epic electronic health record (EHR) systems is highly desired. Core Competencies & Soft Skills Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various departments. Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment. Organization: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple intake requests systematically.
