Manager in Training: Fast-Track to Store Leadership

CareerArc

CareerArc is seeking a full-time Manager-In-Training in Thousand Oaks, California. This role includes an intensive training program under the guidance of a Store Manager to learn how to supervise daily operations. Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail or fast food environment and be able to coach and develop team members.
