Software Integration Engineer 4 - (HPC, Linux, Shell Scripting) Annapolis Junction, Maryland Software Integration Engineer 4 - (HPC, Linux, Shell Scripting) Clearance: TS/SCI - Polygraph required Position ID: 21-openings1-SIE4 Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland Description: Provide customer support for High Performance Computing (HPC) software to enable HPC systems to continue operating smoothly in operational environments. Support a wide range of UNIX, Linux, and Windows systems, desktop applications, servers, and networks required in support of the mission. Integrate, install, configure, upgrade, compile, and support COTS/GOTS software in heterogeneous operating system environments. Maintain system installations and work with HPC GOTS scheduler and resource management software. Perform structured troubleshooting and configuration management across heterogeneous IT environments. Utilize GCC compilers, multi-threaded software, and parallel processing techniques. Position Required Skills: Object-Oriented Programming (C, C++, Java) & Python GCC compiler, multi-threaded software, and parallel processing Configuration Management (CM) tools and structured troubleshooting skills HPC GOTS scheduler and resource management software SIE4 Qualifications: Ten (10) years of demonstrable experience (with a degree, or 15 years without) in integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in heterogeneous operating system environments. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required. Salary Range: $203k-$248k (Annually) The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possible contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
