Production Supervisor - Food Safety & Quality Lead

Nature's Bakery, part of the Mars family, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead 25–30 production associates and drive safety, quality, and cost efficiency on the production floor in Salt Lake City. You will champion continuous improvement, coach operators, and collaborate with the Area Leadership Team to realize reliability and SE pillars. You will develop talent, manage line changeovers, enforce standards, and ensure HACCP compliance to deliver safe, defect-free products while advancing the #J-18808-Ljbffr Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates
