The Full Time Production Assistant builds and maintains Lancaster Archery Manufacturing inventory levels to fulfill incoming orders. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assemble and package all Lancaster Archery Manufacturing products Maintain inventory to quickly fulfill orders Maintain inventory levels and submit quarterly inventory reports Other Duties Assist Production and Fletching Departments Performs other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications Experience with hand tools Strong mathematical abilities and problem resolution skills Able to work in fast paced environment and adapt to frequently changing priorities Able to work independently and in a team Medical eligible 1 st of the month after date of hire Dental eligible 1st of the month after date of hire Vision eligible 1st of the month after date of hire 401K Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Paid Sick Life Insurance and AD&D Short Term & Long Term Disability Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Lancaster Archery Supply
