Tasks include taking photographs of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner, and submitting a report online via the PC/Desktop system with attachments. Responsibilities Conduct property inspections for residential and commercial sites. Take photographs of the property. Collect property details and assess overall condition. Prepare and submit inspection reports promptly. Qualifications Reliable car to travel to inspections. Microsoft computer running Windows 10 or newer. Smartphone or digital camera.
