Facility: Gunnison Valley Health - Senior Care Center

Position: LPN - Long Term Care (LTC)

Pay: $34-$40/hr

Shift: Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Schedule: 36 Hours/Week


Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Long Term Care experience
• Active LPN License
• BLS/BCLS Certification required
• Holiday coverage required
