The Credit Admin Specialist is responsible for handling a wide range of tasks that fall under the Credit Administration department's responsibilities such as supporting the daily administration of credit and senior team members, as well as assisting with loan documentation, reporting, and compliance-related tasksKey Responsibilities: Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Credit Admin Reports.Research and collect data for various loan-related reports and projects. Order appraisal reports and documenting the qualifications of appraisers and environmental assessors.Support the maintenance of credit records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations. Maintain credit policies and procedures as needed. Learn and take required training classes regarding applicable laws and regulations, including the bank’s policies and procedures.Perform additional credit administration tasks as needed, including preparing routine reports, assisting with audit requests, and providing general support to ensure efficient workflow within the credit department.Employee Benefits & PerksMedical, Dental, & Vision: Open Bank offers medical, dental, and vision insurance for all full-time employees and their immediate family members.
