Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Toledo, Ohio, United States About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team at Attain Behavioral Health Toledo. As a BHT, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to our patients, helping them to achieve a higher level of health, wellness, and recovery. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support to patients during their recovery journey, promoting a healthy and safe environment. Assist patients with daily living activities, such as medication management, meal planning, and personal care. Monitor and report patient progress to our clinical team, ensuring that individualized treatment plans are being implemented and modified as needed. Participate in group therapy sessions, providing emotional support and facilitating patient engagement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, Progress Notes, and treatment plans. Collaborate with our interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and evidence-based interventions. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
