Job Description

• Manage multiple projects concurrently (3+ at a time)
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Lead Project Managers, APMs, and support staff
• Coordinate with preconstruction and field teams
• Maintain strong client relationships across diverse project types
• Drive project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Report directly to executive leadership on project performance

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or advanced PM
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Deep understanding of project financials (required)
• Experience across industrial, healthcare, multifamily, retail, or commercial projects
• Strong leadership experience managing project teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Stable work history with strong tenure
• Local to Greenville, SC

What's on Offer

• Base Salary: $115K - $160K
• Bonus: ~10% annual
• Vehicle Allowance: ~$145/week
• Per diem (as applicable)
• 401(k): 4% match
• PTO: 2 weeks (flexible) + 5 sick days + 8 holidays
