Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Job Description
- Manage multiple projects concurrently (3+ at a time)
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Lead Project Managers, APMs, and support staff
- Coordinate with preconstruction and field teams
- Maintain strong client relationships across diverse project types
- Drive project execution from preconstruction through closeout
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Report directly to executive leadership on project performance

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or advanced PM
- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Deep understanding of project financials (required)
- Experience across industrial, healthcare, multifamily, retail, or commercial projects
- Strong leadership experience managing project teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Stable work history with strong tenure
- Local to Greenville, SC
What's on Offer
- Base Salary: $115K - $160K
- Bonus: ~10% annual
- Vehicle Allowance: ~$145/week
- Per diem (as applicable)
- 401(k): 4% match
- PTO: 2 weeks (flexible) + 5 sick days + 8 holidays
- Full benefits package including healthcare
