Pay: $30 - $33 per hour

Available Shift(s):

• Wednesday - Saturday from 3:00 AM - 4:00 PM OR
• Wednesday - Saturday from 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM OR
• Sunday to Wednesday from 3:00 AM - 4:00 PM OR
• Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM OR
• Monday to Thursday from 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM

The Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• 3 years or greater related experience and/or training in mechanical and electrical equipment.
• High voltage electrical experience is required.
• Current Driver's License and clean driving record.

Your Mission in Motion:

• Ensure proper operation of conveyor systems and material handling equipment to keep our operations running smoothly, responding in a timely manner to all material handling systems breakdowns.
• Maintain and provide routine preventive maintenance to conveyor systems.
• Change and repair parts of conveyor systems, rebuild and align equipment, gears, shafts, pulleys, and belts.
• Use illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals in the repair, modification, and maintenance of equipment.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including work area clean-up, conveyor and equipment clean-up, and other general housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Daily Inspections of machinery for potential problems.
• From time to time, you may be called in after hours to ensure our MHS (conveyor) systems are working at optimum capacity.
• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.

Paving your way to your success:

• Ability to learn and follow all safety regulations and job instructions to perform job duties.
• Use of company tools and ability to purchase new tools as needed.
• Knowledge of Material Handling Systems (MHS), industrial conveyor systems and controls in distribution/shipping/sorting environments, VFDs, Electronic motors (480V)
• Knowledge of LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), PMs (Preventative Maintenance), and 3-Phase electrical work.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and electrical blueprints.
• Mechanical and or electrical work experience required.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate 24-hour operations; occasionally work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds on a routine basis.
