Optometrist Needed in Kinston, North Carolina

Seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate full-timeOptometristto work with our fully integrated provider team and support staff. Join our expanding team of 2 ophthalmologists and 4 optometrists providing care at 5 clinics housing state-of-the-art technology. For over 30 years, the practice has provided exceptional eye care to patients located in the greater eastern North Carolina area.

\tJoin a fast-paced, high-volume optometric practice (busy ODs see 25+ patients per day)
\tFull dedicated team of work-up technicians and diagnostic support
\tHighly incentivized compensation plan (mature practices yield +$200,000 in compensation)
\tEastern North Carolina is home to coastal neighborhoods, small towns, and beautiful beaches

Compensation

\tCompetitive, guaranteed base salary for initial period plus bonus if production formula exceeds base salary
\tAfter initial period, compensation is based on production formula only, with significant upside potential
\tSign-on bonuses available
