Key Responsibilities for the Financial Reporting Manager:

Lead quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and disclosure requirements.

Research, implement, and document new accounting standards and technical accounting guidance.

Manage tax-related responsibilities including deferred tax calculations, filings, and compliance activities.

Oversee GAAP compliance, general ledger accuracy, internal controls, and SOX-related processes.

Support acquisition accounting, fair value assessments, and integration of acquired entities.

Partner with auditors, regulators, and business leaders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications for the Financial Reporting Manager:

CPA designation required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required; Master’s degree preferred.

10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.

SEC reporting experience required; public accounting experience with SEC clients strongly preferred.
